I have purchased your batterys from my audiologist @mcv/vch and have had several pks. that did not work,was going out of town last weekend and aid went out, replaced battery with 3 different ones and it did not work, was afraid it was aid , but ended up trying another pack and it worked,the batteries are too expensive for me to keep replacing like that as i am on a fixed income.Would like some feed back as to how to remedy this situation as it is not the first time it has occured.
